The Safari, after 18 years of serving our family, is getting a new owner.

It was around before I was. I’m probably going to be a little sad when it drives away and never comes back.

The person buying it is replacing their almost 500,000 mile Camry with it. It'd be amazing to know this ends up going that far too.

Outside of the 10 months I daily’d it when I first got my license, it’s sat as a rarely used spare vehicle since 2008. Now that my brother is getting his license my parents are selling it to get him something smaller and better on gas.

They apparently have an Astro right now and have owned multiples of each in the past. Hopefully that means it’s going to a good owner.
